The Hispaniolan solenodon (Solenodon paradoxus) is a member of the eulipotyphlan order of mammals, which also includes hedgehogs, moles, and shrews.
Notes on verification
Confirmed by primary PNAS paper and multiple independent taxonomic sources (Wikipedia, Smithsonian, ASM). Only variation is older use of 'Soricomorpha' name, which is now superseded by Eulipotyphla in current consensus.
